Unable to load human reference genome hg38

I have just downloaded IGV v2.19.7. When i open IGV (desktop app) and try to change the reference genome to human hg38 the above error pops up.

I cannot reproduce the problem. Try the following to reset the genomes in your IGV:
- Find the "igv" folder in your home folder.
- Delete (or rename) the "genomes" subfolder. Do this when IGV is not running.
- Restart IGV.

If you still have problems after doing that, send us the log from that IGV run. IGV's log file can be found in the "igv" folder, named igv0.log or similar.
