Install plugin via osgi teminal

every time I install a plugin in idempiere via OSGi using below command:

osgi > install file://opt/plugin.jar

now I want to create a shell script for install plugin using the above method, But I don't know hot to connect with OSGi via shell script and hoe to run a command in OSGI via a shell script.
