Invalid Keystore Format

Hello Everyone,

I want to activate the SSL certificate on the ERP web with the Let's Encrypt Service.
I have followed the steps on this blog via Linux on Win 10 to get the following files.

Then after getting the files in the directory I continued the steps to Install the SSL Certificate with Letsencrypt on this wiki to obtain the contents of the directory as follows.

Then I changed the name of keystore_le to keystore and moved the file to the idempiere-server\jettyhome\etc directory with the settings I adjusted.

However, when I tried to run the idempiere-server.bat file, I got the error "Invalid keystore format" like this.

Are there any stage errors that I accidentally made? And is there a solution to this?
Btw, if there is any information that I haven't conveyed or there is incorrect information, please let me know.
