Hi  Debasish
i can't help with your error message but I can confirm you can import multiple sales invoices from a csv file. I did it 2 weeks ago in a version 12 system.

As I recall from long ago, if your invoices had multiple lines then your file needed to be sorted by invoice number then line number.  All my invoices were single line so  unsure of what V12 would do if not presented in order. Perhaps another user has recent experience that will confirm the behavior?

In the past I had problems with importing multi-line invoices (and orders) from csv files when one of the lines had an error of some sort. The document would be created minus the line with an error which was a pain to fix.  The issue was addressed locally by making each document number a separate database transaction so an error in single line in a multi line invoice would prevent the invoice from being imported.  I dont know if V12 has that control in it.

steven

instead of this, why don't you use import invoice template!
that is faster for bulk import!

This sounds like a common issue when importing data!

The error means that the primary key (a unique identifier) in your master file (the main data source) doesn't match the primary key in your detail file (the related data). Essentially, the system can't link the information correctly between the two parts of your data.

To help you get a more precise answer, it would be best if you could upload the csv file

There are several ways to upload a CSV. If you can tell me more about where you're trying to upload it, I might be able to give you specific instructions.
