How to setup Request CRM Email notification

For those who are unaware, our ERP since Compiere has automated email notification. I show how to set it up using Gmail, as part of the Sales Lead CRM by Adaxa enhancement http://red1.org/adempiere/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=1822&p=8792#p8792. yes, and even more! It can also create requests based on an email inbox. User can send an email to a monitored email and see a request to be created in the ERP.

Yes Alan, you are right. I was trying out the RequestEmail Processor and asking you the same time. when I did not use the right imap protocol. I attached the screen shot showing it could read my email request folder and import as a new request.
But i want to make filter to the same request ticket, and trigger further action depending on the customer email. Will update again if this is possible.
