Inventory Improvements - need yours opinion

please let yours opinion. 

Looking for admin with experience inventory management. i suggest the follow 2 issues to change in core - it is important to get others experiences.

Hi Norbert,

About 1940, I agree with you. Lot control certainly need further development.

About 1941, I prefer to not allow nonactivating Warehouse and Locator at all. Even after the on-hand inventory is reduced to zero, we still need to check historical inventory transactions.
