Pdf rendering issue in report & process in pdf format in 8.2

I am facing an issue which prevents the report to be rendered in pdf format

what can be done to solve this issue?

i found the issue is with session id.

jsessionid is not set during the get Method request.

PDF.js v2.9.359 (build: e667c8cbc) Message: Unexpected server response (410) while retrieving PDF "http://#####:####/webui/zkau/view/z_5ff/y0DPyl3/mal1/1/Print%20Sales%20Invoice.pdf;jsessionid".

here jssesionid is not set. after setting it manually i can preview the report in pdf format in new window.

Try with https - http is definitely not recommended.

I got the exact error you faced. The weird thing is that my report worked correctly when I changed from PDF format to HTML but when exporting to PDF, the fonts were not displayed correctly. This error does not happen when I run on my developing Eclipse build-in webserver. I guess this happen with the windows precompile version 8.2.

every one, to solve this error download the right front that you need in you report after that put it on new fragment that will point to your jasper library, just install this fragment plugin and the build production will work

We're having this same issue but only when using iDempiere through nginx (reverse proxy) with a standard configuration. Still investigating what can be done about it.

I just confirmed this issue is gone just by switching to HTTPS

This seems to be a different issue, as shown in the first email on this thread. Here the server returns an http error 410 when a PDF file is requested.
