Size of detection spot

Hi Stephane,

I was not able to find how to get the size of a detection spot.

I can see a method like "get mass center":

spot = detectionResults.get(0)

spot.getMassCenter()

but i don't see something like

spot.getRadius

Is there an easy way how to find the size?

I convert them later to ROIs; perhaps there is a way how to get the size of ROI then?

Hi Dmitry,

Spot does not give many information, you should indeed use the ROI instead and i believe Spot Detector allow to get ROIs from the spot directly (otherwise there is also a plugin you can use to do it : "Detection to ROI").

From ROI you can get almost any information you want so it's better to work from them when possible.
