Hello,

It may be my impression, but when I segment images and look at the resulting masks, I feel like they are a little bit displaced.
I always see a displacement of 1 pixel to the left and 1 pixel to the right. I notice it when I zoom a lot to check the segmentation.
First, I though it was due to a segmentation error, but after looking well, I just think it's a sampling problem.
It's not an important detail, but it'd be better if it's corrected...if I'm right, of course.

Here's a little crop to illustrate what I'm saying. :)

Im I the only one to see that?

Hi Yasmine,

Indeed if we look closely to your image and the ROI it looks like they are shifted by 1 pixel left (maybe even 1 top left, not sure..).
What segmentation tool you used to generate the ROIs ?

I used the Active Contour block.

Indeed i can reproduce it. It happens only for ROI Area, with polygon the result is perfectly aligned.
I reported the issue to Alexandre :)

Best,

Not actually my fault :p
I was using one of Icy’s kernel methods causing the issue. I’ve just published an update using another kernel method, which apparently works better.
