Hello,

I have .NDPI file (colored picture)

I already selected ROIs (the ROIs don’t have the same surface)

I need one tool to measure the median optical density of each ROI.

Can you help me please?

Thanks

in another words,
I need the Relative Optical Density (ROD) on each ROI.

Dear Majid,

Here is a script that should help you. It calculates the mean intensity per ROI, after converting the image to grayscale. I’ve published it on the website as “Mean Optical Density”.

Let me know if that works on all your images.

Good luck,
Alexandre

Dear Alexandre,

the script is renamed : Mean Gray level,
because this script measure the mean of the intensity of each pixel in a Gray Scale, In each ROIs.

thank you so much Alexandre Dufour for your help.

I will publish it today on line.

Thank's to Fabrice De Chaumont and the ICY Club for the permanant support.
