Area and Interior data are missing in workbook and excel files

Hi "Icy guys",

When running protocols in which ROI statistics is used to get data on ROI, the interior and area data are missing from the workbook and the saved excel files. Could you fix it please?

Hi Stéphane,

It might be that these features have been renamed to “perimeter” and “volume” in the latest update. Is this what you were looking for?

Hi Alexandre,

Thanks for your prompt answer. I checked and indeed, interior corresponds to volume now (which is rather confusing I think). However, value of perimeter from ROI statitic output does not correspond to the value of perimeter in ROI manager.

I agree with the confusion. Do you think this should go back to interior/contour as it was before?

I would say yes. We are used to it and some excel macro are running with this name, so for us, it would be better.

Yup, I was looking into this one for some time now, but it now should now be fixed as well.
