Hi all,
It concerns the TrackManager :
1)  Is there a way to show only a specific set of tracks on the sequence ?
2) I just deleted the tracks from the layer on the sequence. Is there a way to have them shown again on the sequence (The TrackManager being active).

Hi Eric,

To answer point #1 (which should also avoid problem #2) I was supposed to add these options to the “Track Painter” processor, but didn’t find the time yet. I’ll let you know as soon as this is done.

Thank you Alexandre,
Meanwhile I noticed that the tracks layer diseapear from the sequence when I add the motion profiler, and a  "Q" layer is added.

That is quite strange. I believe this was in an old development version that I accidentally published before renaming it to something more explicit, but I had fixed this very soon after. Could you double check your Icy version? You might still be at v.1.6.0.1, which has an issue with the automatic update (we’re now at 1.6.1.1).

Dear Eric,

The update for the track painter is now in, and among the changes you can now display just the selected tracks. This should avoid you having to play with the layers. I’ve also reworked the display a bit in 2D.

Let me know if that works for you

Thanks Alexandre. Track Painter works nicely (I did not tried the 3d options, though).

I now have several problems setting parameters, if you can help I will appreciate :

I am trying to track the tips of microtubules (see figure) (trying not to use a dedicated Matlab plugin : plusTiptracker). The movement is directed (actully depolymerizing MT  are not stained anymore). But the tracks can switch from one direction to the other. I have hard time to find the parameter(s) that will get the direction straighter and those that will reduce the size of the gaps in a track.
