Position: Azure Architect – Infrastructure

Location: SFO, CA

Duration: Long Term

 

 

Job Description/Scope of the work:

• Create detailed design documents for infrastructure deployment on Azure.
• Configure and deploy Linux/Windows workloads, application storage, database storage, data backup/archiving, disaster recovery solutions.
• Configure, design and deploy the infrastructure required to implement High Performance Computing solutions using batch services available on Azure.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Teraform, ARM templates to automate the deployment of Infrastructure on Azure. Configure, design and deploy Oracle as IaaS, Postgress SQL, Docker, Kubernetes on Azure and ETL platforms like ADF, Azure Synapse.

Skills:

• Strong experience in Azure, Data Lake Storage solutions. Experience configuring compute, storage, networking infrastructure based on application needs.
• Expert level skills in Azure administration
• Possess experience/in-depth knowledge of networking, identity, security, disaster recovery etc.
