Sorry, page not found in download

Good morning guys!

I'm an amateur using Atom, and I have a problem that I can't solve. When I click on the image or document it does not download, giving the page down. How can I solve?

Hi Henrique, 

I can't personally verify the behavior, because the master digital object is not accessible to public users, but one suggestion: Check the Site Base URL setting in Admin > Settings > Site information. See: 

• https://www.accesstomemory.org/docs/latest/user-manual/administer/settings/#site-information
  

Ensure it is set to http://icaatom-novo.iff.edu.br - no trailing slash, etc. See if that helps resolve the issue.
