Hello
After deploying AtoM on Apache2,  i'm able to get php info, but not possible to load Web installer

index.php content is :

<?php

require_once(dirname(__FILE__).'/config/ProjectConfiguration.class.php');

$configuration = ProjectConfiguration::getApplicationConfiguration('qubit', 'prod', false);
sfContext::createInstance($configuration)->dispatch();

thank you for your help

Hi Nabil,

Other than using Apache instead of Nginx, have you followed the recommended installation instructions?

If so, then you may be encountering a known issue with the web installer. Fortunately, there are some workaround options. See:
In the upcoming 2.7 AtoM release, we have replaced the web installer with a fully command-line based installation process to avoid these kinds of time out issues.

You can always try restarting the web installer process by returning to http://<host>/index.php/sfInstallPlugin/loadData.

If the workarounds suggested in the thread above do not work for you, please provide us with a bit more information - hopefully our team can offer further suggestions. For example:
  • What version of AtoM are you trying to install?
  • Is this a fresh installation, or are you trying to upgrade a previous installation?
  • Are there any other changes you have made to the recommended installation instructions (e.g. Operating System, database, PHP version, search index, etc)? If so, what?
  • Is there anything in the Apache error logs relevant to this issue?
Cheers,
