Hello,

AtoM installed in a cloud service and was working perfectly, only today by clicking on some pages appears an error that command attached.

If you want to check the access url is: http://107.170.0.62/

Hi Gregory,

What version of AtoM are you running? Did the installation follow our recommended installation instructions, or have you used something different (different webserver, different O/S, etc)?What exactly lead to the error?

Do you still have access to the command-line of your application? It's very difficult to tell what is causing the error without taking a look at the web server logs. If you have enabled it, you might try putting the application in Debug Mode, and share any stack trace you get when reproducing the error - but depending on your system permissions and settings, you might need CLI access to enable Debug Mode as well.

If you do have command-line access, or can get your hosting provider to check for you, take a look at the webserver logs, and share any relevant errors you find there. See:

It's possible the error is because one of the services is down - Elasticsearch, MySQL, etc. I would try to check on the status of these, and restart them if possible.
