OpenRiC and AtoM/Heratio

Good day all

We have more news on the AtoM/Heratio development

We are at the point that we believe our new release is ready.

This release is 100% Laravel sitting on the AtoM database. No Symfony or upgrade limitation.

It has RiC fully integrated as part of the offering with it being a button away from switching between AtoM and RiC.
