I am chasing down issues in an 1130 core memory and want to see the exact circuit used to control the current through the X and Y lines. The ALDs have a generalized diagram, no part values and quite vague, used to explain the theory of how the memory works, but I need to go deeper than that.

I could reverse engineer it given enough time, but with six SLT modules, two discrete transistors, two discrete diodes, and a heap of other discrete parts, it will be tedious to do.

Hopefully somebody has the schematic of the card. I only have schematics for about half the card types in the 1130, which has been very helpful when issues arise on those cards. I have had to recreate the schematics for a couple of the memory compartment cards already, which is why I hope to avoid that in this case.

Never mind - I tracked down the issue without having to do a reverse engineering of the card.

carl -- you've checked bitsavers' archives of SLT module info I'm sure...
https://bitsavers.org/pdf/ibm/logic/ and several subdirectories?

Hi Brian

Indeed I have about half the cards in large part from those bitsavers sources.

Nothing however on the cards used with core memory
