An early morning paddle around Muskrat Slough produced the following:
Trumpeter Swan pair
Sora 21 (very vocal!)
Sandhill Crane 3
Black Tern 2
Forster's Tern 4
Marsh Wren 19
Yellow-headed Blackbird pair
Later at our wooded property near Stone City:
Yellow-bellied Flycatcher 2
Veery 1
Swainson's Thrush 1
And a dozen warbler species including Golden-winged, Blue-winged,
Yellow-throated, and Canada.
