Just prior to dawn, I saw a BCNH flying at Cedar Lake's private east section, from the first bridge.  Jim Forde

There has been one hanging out along the river near Cedar Lake for a while now, according to one of my colleagues at Coe who kayaks. Nice to see it made it to the Lake.
