Benton county - Fox Sparrow

We've had a Fox Sparrow foraging below the feeders for two days. 

The images of it foraging were pretty blurry, but it finally rested in the Witch Hazel.

Is it out of the ordinary to see the Fox Sparrow in November?

It isn’t unusual to see them this time of year, I had one a couple of days ago (https://flic.kr/p/2biiunr). In my experience, they are often out rustling in the fallen leaves late in the day.
