A snowy owl is being seen in Kossuth County today in the vicinity of 240th St, just west of the black top (R14) that runs north of Wesley, Iowa.
The Snowy Owl was still being seen on Tuesday at the same site, ¼ mile west of R14 on 240th St. in a fence row.
