Removing breakdown query check boxes from run query dialog box

Hello,

How do you remove the breakdown query checkboxes from the run query dialog box in the new webclient? I have done it in the past, but cannot remember how, and I cannot find a option in the documentation.

Hi Andrew, 

I don't have an answer for you, but I think I just what I strongly feel is a related question. :)

I'm trying to change the icon in the i2b2 login page and while I'm able to locate where the physical image file is stored, I cannot find the file with the mark up, so I can edit the filename.

I would like to change the image in the red box.

I can see this in Dev tools: <a class="btn sso-button btn-sm" data-service="shibboleth" style="" tabindex="0">

                <img src="assets/images/sso/shibboleth.png">
                <div>Sign in with Shibboleth</div>

            </a>

I'm able to edit the background (by editing /var/www/html/webclient/assets/css/i2b2.css) for the text "Sign in with Shibboleth" but I can't locate where to change the image source. I have the png version of the icon I want to display in /assets/images/sso.

Assuming webclient is the root of your i2b2 webclient, place your icon in the folder webclient/assets/images/sso.
Modify the file login.html, located in the directory webclient-1.8.2/js-i2b2/cells/PM/assets.  Change the <img src="assets/images/sso/shibboleth.png" /> to your icon filename.

To remove a breakdown query checkbox, delete the corresponding row from QT_QUERY_RESULT_TYPE. (Or, in 1.8.2, try changing the visual attribute to "LH".)
