We are pleased to announce i2b2 1.7.13!

Great job on the release!  One quick question - in the release notes you link to the synthea-i2b2 community project on the wiki.  When i try this link, it askes me for a login (which I don't have, and can't see how to get one).  Has the page just not been published yet?
