two large black and white dogs found -- caution!

My son encountered two large black and white dogs near Chesterfield and Blair.   Neither one has tags or a collar.

One of the dogs bit him; we have that dog confined in our yard and are trying to ascertain his vaccination status. The other dog is still loose.
