New here with possible bug report – where to go?

Hi Group,

I'm new to the mailing list. I've been an avid Hugin user for more than a decade now.

Today, I installed the most recent Windows version (2023.0.0) and found I could not use it anymore, because the expert interface appears to be bugged.

Where would I best leave a description of my problem? I could not find any info on the homepage or via google.
