How to actually get a JPG (of TIFF) output?

I am trying to use this software for the first time, and this is probably a simple question: How to actually get a JPG (of TIFF) output?

Importing photos is fine, stitching them together is fine (though it is intolerant of roll misalignment), and running the post processor is fine. But all it does is produce a PTO file. There is no stitched image in JPG (or TIFF).

I have looked through the help file and tutorials and cannot see anything relevant.

Have I missed something? Or does this software only produce a proprietary file format for output?

Dirk, You need to go to the Stitcher tab and click on the Stitch button at the bottom (after making appropriate processing selections).  See the Help pages for that tab for detailed help.

Thanks John, but I think I am already doing that.

I  now see the answer to my question: the file is being created, but the software is automatically storing it in C:\Windows, not in the working folder. Thus the stitched image is not placed in the folder with the individual images, nor at the location of the pto file. This is rather unexpected. There does not appear to be any setting in PREFERENCES or in the output dialog to change this, so I guess it's fixed. It is not a problem, as long as one knows where the file is placed. It might be nice to mention this in the help files... or maybe there is some peculiarity with my machine?

Software seems great, and well done to the developers.

Dirk, When you click the Stitch button, are you not presented with a dialogue to specify the output prefix where you can browse to the desired output folder?

I'm pretty sure this has come up in some discussions of the interface. On that Stitcher tab, it looks like the file type falls under "Panoramo Outputs", but really it's universal.
