I just updated to Hugin 2018.0.0 on macOS 10.13.5, and when I try to stitch the project using the Stitch! button on the Stitch pane, nothing happens.

I have Settings > Stitch > Processor set to Hugin_stitch_project; when I choose PTBatcherGUI instead the Stitch! button has the expected effect of opening PTBatcherGUI.

If I open /Applications/Hugin/HuginStitchProject.app directly (by double-clicking on its icon) I can select my .pto file and it will stitch it without problems.

Why won't the Stitch! button work with HuginStitchProject?

HuginStitchProject.app needs to be in the same folder as Hugin.app.

If you open Terminal.app, copy this code and press enter, Hugin.app should open (if you copied it to /Applications/Hugin/Hugin.app). Now try to stitch a project with HuginStitchProject (where nothing happens).

/Applications/Hugin/Hugin.app/Contents/MacOS/Hugin

If HuginStitchProject.app isn't in the same folder as Hugin.app, this error is printed in the Terminal on my machine after clicking "Stitch":

ERROR: 13:20:48.561198 (/Users/niklas/development/release/hugin/src/hugin1/hugin/PanoPanel.cpp:1122) DoStitch(): hugin_stitch_project could not be found in the bundle.
