360 panorama quality problems

Hi,

I'm struggling to get 360 degree panorama output something close to Nuke (attached screenshot left side) from Hugin (right side)

I've tried adding control points manually but can't seem to make any difference.

The lens is https://www.samyanglensglobal.com/en/product/product-view.php?seq=190 on a camera with 23.10mm x 12.99mm (Super 35) censor so 1.51 crop factor.

In case someone wants to test the Hugin project I included the pto file as attachment here and source OpenEXR files are available at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iGyypUyZ-tmCzNvo82ymoNyLt2Wa9SVp/view?usp=sharing

I'm a very beginner with panorama creation so any help appreciated.

PTGui gives good output out-of-the-box without any settings tweaking, see attached scaled down jpg.

I managed to solve the issue. In case someone else is interested:

1) The lens type was wrong in the project, correct lens type was full frame fish-eye

2) "Straighten" tool in Hugin helps to do similar output as PTGui and Nuke

Attached sample Hugin output (with colors equalized in GIMP).

I also changed to Full Frame Fisheye.

But as with you the barrier posts are not vertical.

I've never done a 360deg pano, but here's the attached PTO and a screen
capture of what I got. I didn't look at your PTO, so I don't know what
difference there is between yours and mine. I used the Panini General
projection.
