I don't know Mac, but I guess there could be a workaround. I don't understand why Mac complains about PTBatcherGUI, but runs Hugin.

If you can't find a workaround, you could tell Hugin not to use PTBatcherGUI: in Preferences, Stitching tab, set the Processor to Hugin_stitch_project.

Hugin is not published via the MacOS app store. It is therefore from an unidentified developer.

You have to add Hugin (and other .app) containers to the "list of exceptions".

Or you can also find the app in the app folder, right click on it then "open", you will see a similar window but with "open" in place of "move to trash".
