[HUGIN] assistant fails with large mural

Hello,

I am trying to stitch a large mural composed of 75 photos with Hugin.

The photos overlap by 50%. 

First, I generated control points automatically and manually.

Then I added horizontal and vertical lines.

I whish the optimization to be done with the "align" features of the "Assistant", but it failed at "pano_modif.exe" (an "unhandledwin32 exception occurred in pano_modify.exe")

Is there a workaround for that kind of issue?
