Hey guys,

This morning I opened up Hugin to make a panorama, and a popup came up (my mistake, didn't read it properly) and mentioned something about the Fast Preview Window (GL), so I clicked OK. Now the GL button is greyed out and will not work whats ever.

I am stuck now as I use that window to edit my panorama before stitching!@#$ How can I get this preview back?? I have deleted Hugin off my Mac and reinstalled it, same problem :(

Cheers!

I am guessing here, as I have not seen this popup. It sounds a bit like
you don't have GL support and hence fast preview is not supported.
Have system files been changed/updated recently?
One other thing you could try is renaming your .hugin file and restarting
hugin...but that's a long shot.
Your .hugin should be in your home dir (is on linux, guessing similar on
OS X). It is a hidden file so you will probably have to enable "show
hidden files" or similar in your home directory view. Rename it to
.hugin.old or somesuch.
If this doesn't help, delete the new .hugin and rename .hugin.old to
.hugin...and hope someone else has better advice.

Cheers,

Try delete/rename your Hugin settings file? Have no idea what it's called on Macs.

Hugin's prefs are stored in a a text file. Look for "hugin Preferences" in

/Users/<YourAccountName>/Library/Preferences/

Just rename that file while Hugin is not running, rename it (e.g. add
the current date) and start Hugin.

Start Hugin with pressed command key. Then you can activate the fast preview window. There is no need to fiddle with the preferences.
