I want to go for a final 2014.0 release (Was: hugin_start-problem)

Hi,

As nobody made a decision or gave some really 100% convincing argument whether to release or not (including me, don't understand me wrong), I decide now, being the release manager, that we are going to have a final 2014 release.

I'll do it (or at least start with it) coming Wednesday evening.

If anyone has a valid reason not to release, then please let me know.
