Why Hugin 2013 64 bit can not create exr images?

I am trying to use Hugin to create .exr (HDR) images. If I use the pto that I created on mac, it generate a valid output file, but when I am trying to use it on windows (7, 64 bit) I am getting a blank image. Is it a bug in creating exr files in the latest hugin?
