to hugin and other free panoramic software
I've released an example set of files and blog post http://www.dkloi.co.uk/?p=1570 covering some techniques that may be of interest to other Hugin users. It presupposes knowledge of how to take and assemble panoramas in Hugin but covers how to take a high contrast scene (dim church with bright stained glass windows), insert a nadir shot, handle the tripod shadow, and export an exposure fused output.

The ZIP archive includes the PTO file and downsized JPG image files (-2EV, 0EV bracket set) that results in an exposure fused 7000x3500 equirect. It's not quite a step-by-step tutorial but those already familiar with how Hugin works might be able to find this useful if they want to apply some of these more advanced techniques.

The files are released under the CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence. If there is sufficient interest, I could try to to come up with a more step=-by-step tutorial to add to the other Hugin tutorials.
