Hello Yakkers, and this space has been pretty quiet of late.
I request some help in discerning the identity of a mystery kanji that appears in a document that describes treatments for patients with complaints of persistent headache and related neurological conditions.
This comes from an entry in a table that lists patient demographic data, dosage, and symptoms. This is from the column that lists symptoms.
I know that the first one (on the left) is 頭痛/headache, but it is the last of 4 kanjis in the second expression (on the right) that has stumped me.
My best bad guesses from pouring through kanji tables are 思考不綴 or 思考不綫, but those don't make much sense. It should be something related to neurological or cognitive deficit.
Any better guesses would be much appreciated!
