One more question on this contract:

In a 品質検査 performed on the products, 

両者の記載に矛盾又は低所がある場合には品質基準書の記載内容が優先するものとする。

"低所" seems to be another mistyping. If not, what could it mean?

(両者 are the parties to the contract, of course.)

普通、このような契約で「矛盾又は」の後ろによく来る言葉には、次のようなものがあります。
　抵触、齟齬（そご）、相違

低所は、もしかして「抵触」のTypo？
確定はできないため、クライアントにご確認されたほうがよいかもしれません。
あるいは「申し送り」にきちんと書かれることをお勧めします。

この「両者」は「品質基準書」と、それと対比し得る文書とを指しています。

This should be 抵触 – meaning “contradictions.”

Thanks again, especially for suggesting 抵触. The writer of the Japanese was obviously rushed, but fortunately didn't make too many typing mistakes.
