Installing honggfuzz on windows 10 using cygwin

Hi,

I followed the due process of installing honggfuzz

1. git clone <honggfuzz>.git

2. cd honggfuzz

3. make

4.make install

At step 4 i encountered below error

install: cannot stat 'includes/libhfcommon/*.h': Not a directory

make: *** [Makefile:374: install] Error 1

I never tried 'make install' with cygwin, it should work well enough from its compilation directory. The make install steps was added by probably someone working on the NetBSD port, and it'll also probably work well under Linux.
