My 2 cents on what I have been able to find : 

1) Avistaz Private Torrent has almost all of our favourite HomeTV shows and in HD with English Sub.

    > I have 5 Invites. Please let me know if you'd like to join. (Also be mindful of Download-Upload ratio)
    > I was able to find Eng Dub for : LOCH, ROCH, Heavenly Sword and Dragon Sabre, The New Heavenly Sword and Dragon Sabre, The Foundation, Land of Condors Zu Mountain Saga and many more

Hi Vivek, 

So any series that has subtitles in any language, you can use online/pc tools to extract the subtitles, translate them to english and voila you have a complete translated childhood series ! :) 

What I use : 

1) To Extract chinese subtitles from a downloaded series : MKVCleaver (PC Tool) 

2) Once I have the srt files, translate them online using : https://www.onlinedoctranslator.com/en/translationform

(And sometimes extracted subtitle files are of type ASS. You can convert them to srt using : https://ebby.co/subtitle-tools/converter/ass-to-srt & then translate)

Its a long way, but worth it for 20 episodes ! And works like a charm.
