FYI: a hledger-ui change

hledger-ui accounts screen will now show (leaf) declared accounts too.

Based on (and motivating) #1765's balance --declared, the goal is to show a useful list of accounts when all you have is some starter files with account declarations.

This is a non-optional change to existing behaviour which I know some hledger-ui users will notice when it reaches them.. so please let me know if you foresee any problems with it. (And feel free to test it too.)

Other changes: the Z key will become z, for easier zero toggling.
