Dear Team,
I am Rajkumar, currently working on EHR Certification. I have the following questions regarding the Syndromic Surveillance Test Suite Edition 2 (Version 1.0.0):
Observation Results Information – Item 5 (BMI Calculation)
In our application:
Height: 72 inches
Weight: 180 pounds
Calculated BMI: 24.4
However, the test documentation mentions a BMI value of 35.
Because of this discrepancy, our test story is not passing.
Could you please clarify which BMI value is correct and whether we should strictly follow the documented value in the test case?
Observation Results Information – Item 6 (ZIP Code 30341)
ZIP Code 30341 corresponds to Atlanta, Georgia, USA in our system.
However, the documentation mentions Doraville, Georgia.
Could you please confirm which location should be used for certification testing purposes?
I would appreciate your clarification on these issues so we can proceed accordingly.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Rajkumar.P
Hi Rajkumar,
We received your message and we will investigate.
On early analysis, it looks like we still have a few inconsistences that need to be corrected.
Thanks for reporting.

Rob

Hi Rob,
Thank you for the confirmation.Looking forward to your update.

Hi Rob,
The BMI issues are still not resolved.
In the story (SS-UC-2.3_Update_A08), DG4 does not match one of the expected values.
Could you please check and let me know how to proceed?
Thanks,
Regards,
Selvabharath
Hi Selvabharath,
With the recent notification of NIST sunsetting the Health IT Program and preparing for the transition, this issue has been dropped down the priority list. I would expect that we will not be able to respond to such issues in a timely manner for the time being. However, I am hopeful to resolve the issue over the next 2 weeks.
Regards,
Rob
