If you're in the Bay Area and interested, Prof. K. S. Kannan, visiting from Bengaluru, is giving a couple of talks this weekend. Talks in English, with Sanskrit text explained/discussed, interspersed by singing of the verses by Smt. Meera Kannan -- kAvya-vAchana-vyAkhyAna.
(Prof. KSK taught Sanskrit in Bangalore for over 40 years, and was former director of the Karnataka Samskrit University -- also happens to be my uncle.)

followed by - On a Gajendra Moksham kavya by H S Varada Deshikacharya (the purvashrama name of HH Rangapriya Swamiji)
