Thanks for this presentation.  I have always followed Dr Anandan's thinking with interest after going through his book "From Tuition to Intuition".

Today's Vijayavani carries a nice article on the problems of teaching Kannada in Karnataka.  It says we have resorted to teach Kannada as we teach English. He says Kannada teaching should have a methodology evolved based on the nature of the language and process of knowledge generation in Kannada.  I am giving the link here.  It could probably shared.
