Regarding Code submission

Do we need to include the libraries and DLLs? If we use Caffe, do we need to include the entire caffe libraries and dlls?

As referred somewhere else at the forum, what I need you to submit is a code/compilation that I can run locally with minimal interaction. The idea is test it by passing as argument a folder with the images and get as output the predictions.

So the submission must be self-contained (everything that is required to run the code should be present in the folder or clearly indicated in the README file - e.g. if I need to convert the images from mrsx to tiff you should describe that, or if I need a special python module, or whatever...). Otherwise, if all the teams submit codes that require me to surf the web searching for dlls or third party software I will not have time to give you the results in a time frame compatible with the congress registration and abstract submission.
