band switching

Hi,
can someone give me an information on how to do band switching with the HL2+? 
Is there any manual or any information around on how to interface the HL2+ to an amplifier like a kenwood or xiegu amplifier. 

Any  info is welcome.

I built this. I didn’t use the optional MAX3232 serial module.
