Hello guys, in fonia I have a delay when I finish transmitting, I wanted to know where it can be configured so that the relay goes to rx in less time and I do not miss words. I would like to do it on both the spark sdr and the power sdr. Does anyone know how to do it? I've been searching and can't find anything about it.

thanks ea4erz-marcos

Hi Marcos,

This is the PTT hang time setting. It is available in Spark and Reid's PowerSDR with HL2 support. By default it is 12ms in the gateware. This should be barely noticeable. How long is the delay you are experiencing?

hi steve, in general everything is going well. In the power sdr I have already solved it, put latency tx 0, in the spark sdr I cannot find it to be able to adjust it. approximately in phonia when I release the change I lose about 2 words from the correspondent.

thanks

I'm not sure what the issue is here but I would be concerned that latency has been reduced to 0 which may result in hot switching on going to transmit.

Cheers
