Have you enabled the PA in Thetis setup?
Once set, by clicking 'TUN' on the main screen, you should get output.

Interesting Nigel. I too cannot now get my Tx to work. It was working OK on v2.10.35 until I updated my HL2 Thetis to v2.10.3.7 and the PA Control tab has disappeared! So no Tx now. See image below.
