Band Change Problem

HL2 will not operate N2ADR relays to change bands.  This problem has likely existed for some time if not from the time I received the unit from MakerFab.  It was discovered when my project (TechMinds auto band change for Xiegu XPA125b) failed to work. 

- Thetis 2.10.3.12x64-HL2

- Hermes Lite main board build 9

- N2ADR  Rev: E5b9

- Gateware:  2.0.991.0 (never changed)

- Scoped all pins on 20 pin internal connector to N2ADR... no band change signal found

Is your OC control setup similar to this? Also, if VFO b is set too high, the OC pins will only change upon transmit. It attempts to leave the filters wider to allow receive across both vfos. I set my VFO b to 1.8mhz. Note the hardware pin state.
