Update problems - Thetis v2.9.0.8-HL2 Beta 3

When I ran Thetis this morning I got an error that the Beta was out of date and to download a new version.  I downloaded Beta 3 and extracted to the folder where the MI0BOT files are, overwriting the old ones.

Thetis then started with the Terminal window and planning complex routine as per the first ever install.

Couple of questions:

1.  Is the timeout normal behavior? 

2.  Is there a way to restore all my settings as they have disappeared?

Yes, for the beta releases, they will timeout in about 90 days.

2.  Is there a way to restore all my settings as they have disappeared?

It sounds like your "C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\OpenHPSDR\Thetis-HL2-x64\" directory has disappeared. Are you running as a different user? Thetis customises it's operation based on the current logged in user.

Thanks Reid,
In the end I just deleted Thetis and started again adding your Beta 3 and it is all back and working after doing all the configurations.
Is there any way to maybe give a pre-warning that the Beta is running out or is just good practice to monitor this group and when a new version is relased installing ASAP?
