Anyone build Horizon Care Alerts?

I'm looking at trying my hand at building Horizon Care Alerts.  I realize this is an iForm group but I figure there has to be a few people who do both.

So, anyone out there have experience with Care Alerts?  I'm pretty much starting from scratch.  I don't have any manuals or reference material, just trying to reverse-engineer one's that are currently active.

If I remember correctly, Horizon Care Alerts utilize the "Arden syntax" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arden_syntax). That seems like a good place to start researching to me.
